The Classification code refers to assessments of:

Importance:

A = international;
B = national;
C = regional.

Vulnerability:

1 = vulnerable to complete destruction by human actions;
2 = vulnerable to significant modifications by human actions;
3 = probably not vulnerable to any likely human actions;
4 = already destroyed by human actions.
